Michael Fellman, Professor Emeritus of History at Simon Fraser University, in Vancouver, British Columbia, is the author of eight books, including In the Name of God and Country: Reconsidering Terrorism in American History (New Haven: Yale University Press, 2010); The Making of Robert E.
